- Visa Application Form, duly filled and signed by the applicant.
- Covering Letter from the applicant (if self-sponsored) or employer (if employed) stating the purpose of travel, duration, and travel itinerary.
- Confirmed flight tickets (round-trip) with a detailed travel itinerary.
- Hotel booking confirmation covering the entire duration of stay.
- Last 6 months' personal bank statement with a minimum balance of Rs. 75,000/- per applicant, stamped and signed by the bank.
- Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the last 2 years.
- Travel insurance covering the entire stay with a minimum coverage of $30,000 USD for medical and emergency expenses.
- Salary slips for the last 3 months (if employed).
- Company registration proof (if self-employed).
