  • Carry comfortable walking shoes for sightseeing and trekking.
  • Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat for protection against the sun.
  • Keep a valid ID (e.g., Aadhar Card, Passport) for security checks.
  • Book accommodations and activities (e.g., Gondola ride) in advance, especially during peak seasons.
  • Learn a few basic Kashmiri phrases for a more immersive experience.

Note:

  • Check-In Baggage of 15 KG + Hand Carry 7 KG per person during the whole tour.
  • Joining Direct Passenger has to reach the hotel by their own arrangements.
  • Tour cost does not include:
  • 5% GST applicable on total tour cost.
  • 5%/20% TCS applicable on total tour cost.
  • International/Domestic airfare is not included.
  • Tips of INR 300 per person per day.
  • Any personal expenses (laundry, phone calls, etc.).
  • Anything not mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Travel insurance is not included.

Payment Terms:

  • INR 50,000 deposit at the time of booking.
  • 50% of the total tour cost to be paid 45 days before departure.
  • Full payment must be cleared 30 days before departure.

Cancellation Charges Per Person:

  • 60 Days or more before departure: INR 50,000.
  • 59 to 45 Days before departure: INR 75,000.
  • 44 to 30 Days before departure: 75% of the tour cost.
  • 29 Days or less before departure: 100% of the tour cost.

Important Notes:

  • Subject to jurisdiction of Srinagar.

Airlines:

  • Seat selection in group tours cannot be pre-arranged. Passengers must request seat preferences at the boarding counter.
  • Airlines allow 15 kg check-in baggage and 7 kg hand luggage. Excess baggage charges to be borne by the guest.

Meals:

  • Breakfast will be Indian or Continental as per the hotel policy.
  • Lunch/Dinner will be pre-set menus at selected restaurants. Availability of vegetarian or non-vegetarian meals is subject to confirmation at restaurants.

Child Policy:

  • CNB (Child No Bed): 3-6 years without an extra bed.
  • CWB (Child With Bed): 6-11 years with an extra bed in the room.

Hotel Policy:

  • Check-In: 14:00 Hrs | Check-Out: 11:00 Hrs.
  • The package cost is based on the standard room category. Any upgrade costs to be borne by the guest.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is chargeable and subject to availability.

Vehicle Policy:

  • Sightseeing vehicles will be parked as close as possible; guests may have to walk to certain attractions.
  • In case of a vehicle breakdown, alternate arrangements will be made, but no refunds will be provided.
  • Guests are advised not to leave valuables in the vehicle. The tour operator is not responsible for any loss.
  • Seat allocation in the vehicle is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Direct joining guests must arrange their own transport for hotel check-in and check-out.

General Terms:

  • The tour will operate with a minimum of 15 paying adults.
  • Any increase in visa fees, airfare, fuel price, or government taxes will affect the tour cost.
  • The itinerary must be followed as scheduled. In unavoidable situations, the tour manager may adjust the schedule with prior approval.
  • No refunds will be provided for any unused services.
  • Optional sightseeing must be pre-booked at an additional cost.
  • Any changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or flight cancellations will be handled as per availability.
  • International travelers must report at the airport at least 3 hours before departure.
  • The tour operator is not responsible for immigration issues or deportation; no refunds will be given in such cases.
  • Terms & conditions as per company policy.

By booking this tour, guests agree to abide by the above terms and conditions.

  • Weather Conditions – Kashmir experiences varying weather; carry appropriate clothing, especially in winter.
  • Connectivity – Limited mobile network connectivity in certain areas, especially for prepaid SIMs from outside J&K.
  • Local Transport – While vehicles are arranged as per the itinerary, additional travel must be self-arranged.
  • Security & Permits – Some areas may require special permits or be restricted due to security reasons.
  • Altitude Sickness – Certain locations are at high altitudes; travelers should take necessary precautions.
  • Hotel & Meals – Standard check-in at 14:00 hrs and check-out at 12:00 hrs; meals are fixed menu as per the itinerary.
  • Cash Availability – ATMs may not be readily available in remote areas; carry sufficient cash.
  • Tour Changes – The itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or government regulations.
  • Baggage Policy – Adhere to airline baggage limits (15 kg check-in + 7 kg hand carry per person).
  • Medical Emergencies – Travel insurance is recommended, and basic medical assistance is available but limited in remote locations.
