1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
1.2 To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of [X]% of the total trip cost must be paid at the time of booking.

4.3 The Company shall not be responsible for any medical emergencies, injuries, or health-related issues during the Trip. Travelers are advised to carry their own medication and first aid supplies.
5.1 Accommodation will be provided as per the package selected. Room allocation will be based on availability and occupancy preferences.
5.2 Meals provided under the package will be as per the itinerary. Any additional food or beverages ordered will be at the traveler's expense.
5.3 The Company is not responsible for any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special meal requests unless notified in advance.
6.1 Transportation will be arranged as per the itinerary, and travelers must adhere to the scheduled departure times.
6.2 Any delays caused by the traveler may result in missed activities without compensation.
6.3 The Company shall not be responsible for traffic delays, accidents, or unforeseen disruptions in transportation.

8.1 Travelers must respect local customs, traditions, and laws during their stay in Goa.
8.2 Any illegal activities, including drug use, vandalism, or unruly behavior, will result in immediate removal from the Trip without a refund.
8.3 Damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or public places must be compensated by the traveler.
9.1 The Company acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport companies, activity providers) and is not liable for any service failures, accidents, or losses.
9.2 The Company shall not be held responsible for force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or government regulations that may impact the Trip.
9.3 Travelers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
10.1 The Company reserves the right to take photographs and videos during the Trip for promotional purposes.
